We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong IMS DB expertise to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mainframe development, analysis, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications utilizing IMS DB and related technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in COBOL
- Hands-on experience with IMS DB (IMS Database)
- Experience with JCL (Job Control Language)
- Working knowledge of DB2
- Experience with CICS
- Knowledge of VSAM
- Experience with IMS DL/I calls (GU, GN, GHU, ISRT, REPL, DLET)
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills
- Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Mainframe applications.
- Develop and support programs utilizing IMS DB, COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with business analysts, testing teams, and stakeholders.
- Support batch processing and online transaction systems.
- Participate in application modernization and performance tuning initiatives.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Knowledge of IMS TM/DC.
- Experience with Change Management and Release processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
