Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with CICS administration
- Hands-on experience with z/OS
- Knowledge of JCL, VSAM, SMP/E
- Experience with DB2 and IBM MQ
- Familiarity with system tools like SDSF, RMF, SMF
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3 8 years of experience in Mainframe/CICS administration
- Experience with CICS TS (Transaction Server)
- Knowledge of automation tools (REXX, Ansible for mainframe)
- Exposure to DevOps in mainframe environments
- Experience with disaster recovery and high availability setups
