- Location: Joliet, IL, 60435 - ONSITE
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Process and deliver USPS mail across campus buildings
- Handle incoming and outgoing accountable mail (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Greet and assist faculty, staff, and students at the service counter
- Support print and copy requests (printing, copying, finishing, binding, etc.)
- Operate production copiers, mail machines, and finishing equipment (training provided)
- Monitor equipment functionality and report issues as needed
- Maintain logs, records, and inventories
- Deliver completed jobs to designated campus locations
- Assist with shipping, receiving, filing, and basic administrative tasks
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Customer-facing customer service experience required (Retail or restaurant background is a strong fit)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of related work experience (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic PC and office equipment skills
- Team player who can follow direction and work independently
- Ability to manage physical demands of the role
