Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Veeva Vault Administration, PL/SQL, Clinical Operations Knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

• An experienced Veeva resource should be able to administer and support Veeva Vault applications,
• manage user access, security, workflows, and configuration changes.
• Must partner with business gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and handle enhancements,
• troubleshooting, and production support.
• Have hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, data loads, triggers, and automation to support end-to-end system
• Must be comfortable with testing, deployment, documentation, and issue resolution in a regulated environment
• Provide first-line and advanced technical support for a clinical data management application.
• Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents, problems, and changes efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and fixes.
• Proactively monitor application health and performance using cloud and data tools.
• Communicate solutions and updates effectively to stakeholders and users.
