Role Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of associates. This role ensures safety, quality, and productivity metrics are met. The supervisor will also lead process improvement projects and participate in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or related environment.
Experience: 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment, having led a team of at least 25-30 direct reports.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Logistics Supervisor

- Lead a team of approximately 25-30 direct reports, holding them accountable to standards.
- Oversee logistics activities including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, planning, order processing, and customer service.
- A leader who demonstrates strong independent judgment and can confidently make decisions without requiring input or consensus from other leaders on the team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations.
- Assist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs.
- Monitor fixed assets and coordinate implementation of approved capital improvement projects.
- Communicate standard logistics metrics to direct reports and resolve service and cost issues.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset in all operations.
