Experience:
- 3-5 years Legal Admin/Assistant experience at a mid-size law firm, where you support multiple attorneys, general civil litigation
- Proficient in Word, Excel, e-filing and immigration forms software
- Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also be able to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills
- Supporting 2-3 Attorneys
- Frequent communication with clients
- Manage Calendars
- E-Filing
- Maintain confidential records
