Akkodis is seeking a Lead Technical Training Specialist for a Contract with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidatewill bring deep experience in sales enablement program coordination, a critical requirement for this role, while leading the delivery of Challenger?based training and managing Highspot and LMS content with precision.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Lead Technical Training Specialist job responsibilities include:
This position requires the use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access to controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including some refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $56.00 per hour

Lead Technical Training Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate, deliver, and support instructor?led, virtual, and blended sales training programs, including Challenger methodology sessions.
- Manage and optimize sales enablement content within Highspot by organizing, curating, and maintaining up?to?date resources.
- Oversee LMS content cleanup and improve learning paths, course structure, and enrollment logic to enhance onboarding and ongoing development.
- Track and report training participation, completion metrics, and program effectiveness, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
- Partner cross?functionally with Sales Excellence, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
- Operate with high autonomy to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate external facilitators or vendors, and maintain continuity of enablement operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Sales, Learning & Development, or a similar discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning & development, or related commercial readiness roles.
- Hands?on experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and Learning Management Systems, including content organization and learning path optimization.
- Familiarity with Challenger sales methodology, including coordinating or supporting Challenger?based training programs.
