Required Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce platform expertise within enterprise production environments
- Experience operating in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, or Platform Reliability functions
- Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts including:
- SLA/SLO frameworks
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Operational governance
- Production support models
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:
- Splunk
- Datadog
- Dynatrace
- New Relic
- Experience supporting highly integrated cloud-based enterprise platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in highly regulated, operationally critical environments
- Experience working with AWS cloud environments and enterprise integrations is preferred
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and operational workflows
