Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 6 years of professional modern Java Software Engineering
- Strong experience in Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, Multithreading)
- Familiarity with data pipelines, and backend-heavy architectures
- Strong communications and collaboration skills
- Experience with Fintech systems
- Prior work with early-stage startup or small engineering team.
- Experience with data architecture and interest in AI/ML-driven products
