What You'll Do
3 years of hands-on experience with fire alarms, structured cabling, conduit, or nurse call systems
Proven leadership in commercial environments
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
Own tools (punch, snips, scissors) and reliable transportation
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

What You'll Do
- Lead installation, configuration, and service of fire alarm systems across large-scale commercial projects.
- Program, start-up, troubleshoot, and commission new systems.
- Read blueprints and design documents to ensure accurate installations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 2-4 technicians onsite.
- Perform inspections and ensure systems meet code requirements.
- Communicate clearly with project leads and clients on progress and challenges.
- Respond to emergency service calls and participate in rotating on-call schedules.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
3 years of hands-on experience with fire alarms, structured cabling, conduit, or nurse call systems
Proven leadership in commercial environments
Ability to read blueprints and work independently
Own tools (punch, snips, scissors) and reliable transportation
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
Comfortable working on ladders and lifts

- Experience with CCTV, access control, and intercom systems
- Familiarity with Honeywell systems and Cat6 cabling
