Lead Business Systems Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh or Cleveland

Rate: $60/hr

Type: W2 contract

This is a Lead Business Systems Analyst opportunity with a large enterprise client, open to candidates in Cleveland or Pittsburgh at $60/hr. This role is ideal for someone with strong Agile experience who enjoys partnering with vendors and internal teams to drive complex initiatives from requirements through delivery.

Key Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Lead BSA role
• Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Proven ability to elicit functional and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Experience communicating and coordinating with vendors and internal service partners
• Hands?on use of Jira for tracking requirements, stories, and delivery progress
• Proficiency with collaboration tools including Outlook, SharePoint, and Confluence
• Working knowledge of technologies such as SQL, APIs, Python, Informatica ETL, XML, and XSLT
• Solid understanding of the development and project lifecycle
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem?solving skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting HR or Talent?focused systems (Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Development)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for demand and incident management
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
• Exposure to Workday and Workday integrations
