Job Description:
- Bachelors or relevant degree with 10 Year of experience in the Information technology.
- 8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain Strong experience in PC Insurance Billing with a focus on Premium Billing Proven hands-on experience with Majesco Billing.
- Serve as an SME for PC Premium Billing lifecycle including
- Billing plans and invoicing
- Installment schedules and proration
- Down payments and premium calculations
- Midterm changes endorsements and audits
- Cancellations reinstatements and refunds
- Work closely with technical teams to configure and enhance Majesco Billing modules
- Perform impact analysis for billing changes and ensure alignment with downstream systems such as GL and reporting
- Accurate and complete requirement documentation Effective translation of business needs into billing system solutions
- High-quality delivery with minimal billing defects
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of billing enhancements
