- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for healthcare domain initiatives
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to own backlog management, prioritization, and refinement
- Translate complex healthcare workflows, regulations, and data into structured requirements and user stories
- Drive clarity across stakeholders and ensure alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies
- Proactively identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and push initiatives forward without waiting for direction
- Mandatory: Proven experience in the healthcare domain (payer/provider.
- Deep understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies with hands-on experience
- Strong technical and data fluency; ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
- Experience working with complex systems and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
