Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, development, and support for Kronos WFC, WFD (Workforce Dimensions), and WFR applications.
- Integration Management: Design and develop seamless interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for WFC, and utilize middleware layers like Dell Boomi for WFR integrations.
- Functional Optimization: Oversee and configure core workforce management disciplines including timekeeping, advanced scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activities modules.
- Compliance & Productivity: Ensure system alignment with complex workforce policies, including overtime management, leave management, compliance monitoring, work authorization, and productivity/incentive pay tracking.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical and functional lead, driving communication with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Total IT Experience: Minimum of 7 years of active experience in the Information Technology sector.
- Kronos Expertise: Minimum of 6 years of direct, hands-on experience in implementation, development, and support projects specifically utilizing Kronos WFC / WFD / WFR applications.
- Deep functional expertise across Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi).
- Solid understanding of advanced workforce tracking, such as employee self-service, schedule optimization, idle time monitoring, utilization metrics, and incentive pay structures.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to confidently manage and drive stakeholder discussions.
