Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst (QA) to support software and business process quality assurance efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or entry level candidates looking to build a career in QA and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Report defects and suggest improvements
• Assist the QA team in documentation
• Support the preparation of test cases and checklists
• Track issues and follow up on resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards
• Provide feedback to improve processes and workflows
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business processes
