Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Campaign Coordinator to support campaign operations, administrative workflows, and backend execution for a fast-paced marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, reporting, and digital operations within a collaborative environment. This role exists due to internal organizational growth and recent promotions, creating an immediate need for additional support within the team.

- Provide administrative and operational support for campaign execution and marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update project workflows using Airtable
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy across systems and campaign records
- Conduct peer review of deliverables and campaign materials
- Pull reports and assist with campaign performance tracking
- Support backend code setup requests and submit implementation tickets
- Coordinate internal requests and help streamline day-to-day campaign processes
- A proactive, organized professional who enjoys supporting campaigns behind the scenes, thrives in structured environments, and is eager to grow within marketing operations
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with Airtable or similar project management/database tools preferred
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data entry tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Prior marketing, campaign coordination, or administrative support experience preferred
