Responsibilities
- Support product strategy and roadmap development in partnership with Product Leadership.
- Collaborate with trading, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Analyze financial and business data to drive product decisions and feature development.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical considerations.
- Partner with engineering teams to define experiments, validate outcomes, and guide feature direction.
- Convert business needs into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Validate completed features against defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and manage dependencies across teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation and reference materials.
- Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate resolutions across stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to support product delivery and adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 2 years of experience in a product management, project management, or related technical role.
- Experience working with data tools including SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Exposure to derivatives, financial products, or capital markets concepts.
- Familiarity with derivative lifecycle, valuation, or risk management.
- Experience with tools including Snowflake.
- Progress toward certifications including CFA or FRM.
