- Translate business, compliance, and customer needs into clear user stories
- Support backlog management and keep work moving forward
- Help define workflows that reduce manual steps and errors
- Create and refine wireframes, user flows, and screen concepts
- Simplify complex mortgage processes into intuitive experiences
- Identify gaps before they become production issues
- Assist in translating regulations (TRID, HMDA, QM, etc.) into product behavior
- Ensure features align with real-world lender workflows and disclosures
- Support accuracy in how data flows across the system
- Work closely with product managers and internal stakeholders
- Help document requirements, decisions, and workflows
- Support training, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
- 1 3 years in product, business analysis, UX, or mortgage operations role
- Strong attention to detail (this is not optional in this environment)
- Ability to break down complex problems into clear steps
- Familiarity with data mapping tools (JSON/XML)
- Basic understanding of mortgage process preferred. Willingness to learn the mortgage industry is required for this role.
