Tier 1-2 JDE Support Resource (Near Shore)
This role will provide functional and technical support to help research, recreate, and resolve issues raised by our business users. The resource will support incidents and troubleshooting across several functional areas including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance. I would estimate ~30 tickets will be received weekly.
Key skills and experience:
Strong Experience Supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.2 Preferred)
Functional knowledge across O2C, Manufacturing, P2P, and Finance modules
Ability to troubleshoot issues across applications, data, and integrations
Experience working with JDE tables, business functions, and batch jobs
Familiarity with JDE tools such as Orchestrator, UBE troubleshooting, and security
Experience working with users to recreate issues and document root cause
Strong communication skills to interact directly with business stakeholders
Ability to manage incidents within an established ticketing system
