- JDE experience to integrate the Blackline ITC platform with the client's SAP ECC instance, only 1 for NA
- Strong experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.2 preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across applications, data, and integrations
- Experience working with JDE tables, business functions, and batch jobs
- Familiarity with JDE tools such as Orchestrator, UBE troubleshooting, and security
- Experience working with users to recreate issues and document root cause
- Strong communication skills to interact directly with business stakeholders
- Ability to manage incidents within an established ticketing system.
