As a Java Software Engineer, you will design and develop services and applications that support the management and operation of communications systems. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
- Build and support services that enable the management and operation of communcaations products
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and release new features and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience developing web-based applications using Java
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services
- Experience working with database technologies
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React.js preferred)
- Experience working in a Linux development environment
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
