Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Java applications support
- Proven experience in Production Support / Application Support (L2/L3)
- Strong understanding of:
- Java, Spring Boot (for debugging, not development)
- Microservices architecture
- REST APIs and integrations
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL (querying, performance tuning basics)
- Unix/Linux commands and scripting basics
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
