This position requires the selected candidate to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside Indiana will be considered if they are willing to relocate. The resource will be required to work onsite 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week.

This position requires the selected candidate to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside Indiana will be considered if they are willing to relocate. The resource will be required to work onsite 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Strong experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Expertise in REST API design, authentication, authorization, and microservice architecture.
- 5 years of experience building and optimizing batch processing solutions.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or AS400 Data Queues.
- 3 years of MuleSoft development experience including integrations, API management, and API-led connectivity.
- Experience deploying Java-based applications in AWS environments and web servers.
- Strong backend development experience using Spring Boot framework.
- Experience writing PostgreSQL functions, stored procedures, and advanced SQL queries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Angular or React development is preferred.
- Experience with document generation and template management tools such as SmartDocuments or Adobe Forms is preferred.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
