Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of professional experience in Java backend development
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Must have worked extensively on data processing applications
- Solid knowledge of AWS Glue or Apache Spark
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and backend performance optimization
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot
- Build and deploy microservices that are scalable, secure, and high-performing
- Work on data processing workflows, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and validation
- Integrate backend services with AWS Glue or Spark-based pipelines
- Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful API endpoints
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and data teams to define and implement technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture improvements
- Ensure backend systems follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for automation and optimization
