Job Title: Java AWS lead Developer

Location: Malvern, PA/local only/ onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java AWS Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate has strong Java backend experience, hands-on expertise with AWS services, and a passion for building reliable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Java 8 )
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
• Integrate AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS
• Implement security, scalability, and high-availability best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot / Spring Framework
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Proficiency with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification (Developer or Solutions Architect)
