Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect with a strong Telecom background to design and lead the development of scalable, high-performance systems for telecom platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, distributed system design, and telecom domain knowledge including OSS/BSS, billing systems, and network protocols.

You will play a critical role in defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring delivery of robust, secure, and highly available telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, distributed, and high-availability systems using Java-based technologies
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Lead the design of microservices and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing, and network management platforms
• Work with telecom protocols like SIP, Diameter, and SS7
• Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments
• Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions
