JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a hands-on IT Deskside Support Technician (Contingent Worker) to provide technical support for onsite and remote users. This role focuses on end-user computing support, hardware and peripheral troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution in an enterprise environment. The technician will support multiple office locations within the same city, as well as users who work remotely. This role will work closely with centralized global IT support teams. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, problem-solving attitude, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a customer-service oriented approach. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite deskside support for computer equipment and related peripherals Provide remote technical support for offsite users using approved remote support tools Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support device deployment, refresh, replacement, and return activities Assist with conference room and workplace technology support Document incidents, requests, and resolutions clearly within an enterprise IT service management system Coordinate with centralized operations and infrastructure teams for incident escalation and follow-up Support basic IT asset handling activities, including inventory tracking Additional IT-related work as required Required Qualifications Experience in IT deskside and/or remote support Hands-on experience troubleshooting end-user computing technologies Familiarity with IT support processes and ticketing systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a structured support environment while following established processes and direction Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting users in a manufacturing, lab, or regulated site environment Familiarity with enterprise identity and access management platforms Experience supporting enterprise device deployment and lifecycle management processes Experience supporting conference room or workplace technology Education: Bachelors Degree
