Job Summary/Basic Function
Duties will include providing classroom / conference room AV (Audio/Video) and computing support for faculty and staff, managing inventory of technology, and configuring AV and computer systems.
Hourly employee will gain competence in supporting, troubleshooting and configuring AV technology, computing equipment, providing customer service and support for faculty and staff and events.
This position is a part of the AVSD (Audio Video Systems and Design) team under Technology Support Services and will work closely with other AV full time staff to learn about and assist with AV support and technology as well as with other computing support staff to also help support computers within classrooms. This position is expected to work approximately 25 hours a week.

Must be a current WSU Student.
Exposure/experience with any of the following: Projectors, AV hardware, Computers, etc, used in a classroom.
