Job Description:
- Client is an enterprise level environment. Work closely with existing staff, learning new technologies and supporting this world class leader.
- Troubleshoot password resets and login issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues such as keyboards, mouse, screens, etc.
- 1 year of hardware support or helpdesk experience
- Open to IT certifications and degrees with minimal experience
- Experience supporting PC peripherals (keyboards, printers, mouse, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2007(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), XP and Windows 7 is a plus
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
