What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to network office leadership, advancing technology transformation priorities.
- Provide hands-on technical support for computers, mobile devices, hardware/software configurations, operating systems, and LAN environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in fast-paced, high-pressure situations-often managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with management on critical issues, taking ownership and driving resolution.
- Apply best practices to deliver high-availability solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with technical support teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
- Travel within your region to deliver in-person technical solutions and training.
- Continuously expand your expertise through advanced training and ongoing education.
- Educate and empower end-users on optimal technology utilization, both virtually and in person.
- Advocate for user needs, proactively monitor technology-related business issues, and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
- Partner with Development, Infrastructure, Product, and Application Support teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvements that elevate the client experience.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee local technology implementations and upgrades, including project planning and communication with leadership.
- A self-starter with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Technical proficiency across hardware, software, networking, and mobile platforms.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
