About The Role

Join us as a trusted technology advisor, helping network offices unlock the full potential of their technology investments. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with field leaders and end-users, empowering them to achieve operational excellence through innovative solutions and expert guidance. You'll serve as the go-to resource for technology adoption, configuration, and optimization-driving success and transforming the way our teams work.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to network office leadership, advancing technology transformation priorities.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for computers, mobile devices, hardware/software configurations, operating systems, and LAN environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in fast-paced, high-pressure situations-often managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with management on critical issues, taking ownership and driving resolution.
  • Apply best practices to deliver high-availability solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
  • Travel within your region to deliver in-person technical solutions and training.
  • Continuously expand your expertise through advanced training and ongoing education.
  • Educate and empower end-users on optimal technology utilization, both virtually and in person.
  • Advocate for user needs, proactively monitor technology-related business issues, and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
  • Partner with Development, Infrastructure, Product, and Application Support teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to process improvements that elevate the client experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee local technology implementations and upgrades, including project planning and communication with leadership.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
