MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Do Not Apply If You Don't Have These):
- 3 years of helpdesk / desktop support experience
- Hands-on PowerShell experience (using scripts to push updates, automate tasks)
- Strong Active Directory experience (create groups, manage users, assign apps)
- O365 admin experience (not just end-user support)
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
- White glove / high-touch customer support experience
- Provide end user support in a fast-paced MSP environment (tickets, walk-ups, remote support)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues across Mac and Windows
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
- Use PowerShell to support system updates and automation
- Support O365 administration and user provisioning
- Work within a ticketing system to track, document, and resolve issues
- Assist with device management and endpoint support
- Active Directory

- JAMF / Intune / MDM tools
- Apple Business Manager

- Strong troubleshooting skills beyond basic tickets
- Comfortable handling multiple users/issues at once
- Professional, customer-facing communication skills
