Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience in IT Service Desk and high-volume call center environments.
- Proficiency in Active Directory for user and security group administration.
- Experience with Remedy software for incident tracking and ticket escalation.
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 permissions and calendar delegation.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and mainframe password resets via RACF.
- Experience in diagnosing local area network connectivity and peripheral hardware issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deliver Tier 1 technical support and hardware advice to end users through a dedicated phone queue.
- Investigate and resolve software configuration issues using standardized diagnostic protocols.
- Perform password restores and ID resets across mainframe and application platforms.
- Generate and route trouble tickets to senior support staff or external vendors.
- Coordinate product repairs by dispatching and monitoring third-party service providers.
- Maintain accurate updates in reference publications and technical diagnostic aids.
- Participate in collaborative troubleshooting sessions with technical and non-technical staff.
