Job Description:
- Provide general technology support.
- Respond to and resolve support tickets.
- Assist with incident and vulnerability documentation and management.
- Perform network monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and security policies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- 2 years of experience in information security support.
- 2 years of experience in helpdesk/support desk operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 products.
- Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems.
- Experience using network and computer security testing tools.
- Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports.
- Experience working with Tenable and Splunk.
- Associate’s degree or current Information Technology certifications.
