Essential Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test documentation
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum)
- Solid understanding of risk-based testing techniques
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman or similar)
- Ability to perform data validation using SQL or similar tools
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, execution, and defect tracking
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Experience testing Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and Data Lineage applications.
