- This is not a heavy ERP or large enterprise program role. It is a delivery-focused PM position centered on coordinating work, managing tasks, aligning teams, and driving execution in an environment with evolving processes and "lightweight governance.
- You will work closely with the existing PM team, a strong Business Analyst, and cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to keep projects on track, promote adoption, and support process improvements.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of Salesforce and automation-related projects, including schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, vendors) and help ensure they are aligned, prepared, and accountable for commitments.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and working sessions; document and follow up on decisions, action items, and next steps.
- Maintain and update project plans, backlogs, and task boards (preferably in Monday.com or similar tools).
- Partner with Business Analysts to support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation.
- Support change management and user adoption efforts, including coordinating training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Help prioritize and manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized automation and application improvement projects, including use cases involving Power Platform, DocuSign, and other Microsoft tools.
- Work with vendor partners and internal technical resources to sequence work, clarify expectations, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to improving project practices, templates, and light governance as the organization continues to grow.
