Responsibilities

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Monitor project financials, including burn rates and resource planning.
- Implement corrective actions for project variances and escalate risks when necessary.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and document project details.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT projects or technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in financial tracking and project forecasting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
- Background in supporting application development or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise project management platforms like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
