Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead full lifecycle project execution for modernization of legacy analytics platforms
- Coordinate across business, IT, and federal teams to manage scope, risks, sprints, vendors, and budgets
- Deliver project documentation aligned with DIR and federal compliance, including IAPDs and RFPs
- 8 years in IT project management, including Agile delivery and full SDLC oversight
- Active PMP certification
- Hands-on experience in data management (warehouses, lakes), BI, or SOA-based systems
- Experience with an HHS agency
- Experience leading healthcare/public health IT projects/initiatives
- Experience with access & eligibility programs
