Role: IT Project Manager II / Scrum Master
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)
Contract: 12 Months
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager II / Certified Scrum Master to lead 2-3 Agile teams and drive successful delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Key Requirements:
5 years of Scrum Master experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Mandatory
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews)
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Experience coaching teams, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement
SAFe experience/certification is a plus
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Preferred Background: Scrum Master or Business Analyst experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical and business teams Important: Candidates must be local to Richmond, VA, or reside within a 60-mile radius.
