Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in technical project management and software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in API integrations, ETL processes, and complex data migration workflows.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet for technical tracking and project execution.
• Experience in building high-level technical presentations and PowerPoint decks for executive stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination between engineering leads and distributed software teams.
• Experience in managing system transitions from legacy frameworks to homegrown enterprise tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent software initiatives and system migrations.
• Orchestrate technical workflows involving API connectivity and interconnected data platforms.
• Facilitate recurring program calls and strategic alignment meetings for cross-functional engineering groups.
• Manage project documentation and user stories within Jira and Smartsheet to ensure delivery tracking.
• Coordinate technical dependencies across various platforms and internal software delivery squads.
• Support the transition of finance and operations flows into modernized proprietary technology tools.
• Create and present comprehensive project roadmaps and status updates to technical leadership.
