Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Coordinate internal IT resources and cross-functional teams
Manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities
Track project performance using project management tools
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Handle IT infrastructure, software implementation, upgrades, and construction-related IT projects
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and baselines
Conduct stakeholder meetings and progress reviews
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience as an IT Program Manager
Strong experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Experience with IT infrastructure and systems engineering
Experience supporting IT-related construction projects
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints/specifications
Strong risk management, budgeting, and scheduling skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification required
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
PMP Certification required
Must be able to pass background and security clearance checks
