SKILLS:PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Own and manage the full lifecycle of complex, high-impact, cross-functional programs across enterprise application domains (ERP, Manufacturing & Quality, GTM

systems).

Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria where problem statements and strategies may be evolving.

• Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology initiatives.
  
  

Drive global process standardization and technology optimization initiatives across functional areas.

Manage program portfolio, including prioritization, resource planning, and dependency management.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of system implementations, enhancements, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
