Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to support purchasing operations across hardware, software, and services. In this role, the IT Procurement Analyst will manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and asset tracking while working closely with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.

- Track software renewals and IT asset inventory
- Support vendor onboarding and contract reviews
- Maintain procurement records and assist with ad hoc purchases
- 1-5 years in IT procurement, finance, or admin operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with tools like Workday, Coupa, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Familiarity with contract management and software renewals is a plus
- Degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
- Negotiation experience and comfort working with external vendors
