- Experience with understanding an ERP - Infor visual is the one that is in their environment. (Understanding how it mingles with certain departments and how it can effect the business).
- They are a vmware shop. They have been on vmware for a number years. virtualization understanding is important
- Experience with windows server and windows desktop
