Aloha! One of Hawaii's financial institutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure Systems Senior Section Manager. You will manage IT infrastructure and help desk services under the direct oversight and guidance of the IT Infrastructure Systems Department Manager. You will assist in planning, developing, procuring, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. You will also formulate and administer IT policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Additionally, develop innovative IT solutions, coordinate IT activities with various departments, and act as an IT Liaison for business partners. Lastly, you will supervise and evaluate the Server Support teams to ensure cost-effective resource utilization and alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
