Short Job Description

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to support onsite IT infrastructure operations, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, software support, patching, and hardware deployments. The role involves troubleshooting infrastructure issues, supporting end users, maintaining IT dashboards, managing vulnerabilities, and collaborating with multiple support teams in a manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• Minimum 5 years of IT Infrastructure / Desktop Support experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft PCs in enterprise environments

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 10 years of overall IT experience
• Experience with Linux Systems
• Experience with Digital Transcription systems
