Requirement/Must Have:
- 10 years in IT, with 3 years in a Technical or Infrastructure Architect role, preferably within the Insurance (L&A) domain.
- Deep understanding of server management, network security, and middleware.
- Experience with FAST insurance platforms or similar Policy Administration Systems (PAS) is a significant plus.
- Strong expertise in RBAC, identity management, SSO, and enterprise security hardening.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills; ability to drive interactions among different stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, provision, and track the readiness of the environments for different components.
- Oversee the end-to-end setup of servers, network topology, connectivity, and security protocols.
- Provide support to Development and QA teams to resolve environment-related bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Support integration of components using different tools and systems.
- Drive the architecture and implementation of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to closure.
- Lead the setup of the DR environment, ensuring seamless connectivity and failover capabilities.
- Partner with enterprise security teams to implement robust Observability frameworks.
- Drive the implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Ensure all solutions meet production-readiness standards and pass enterprise security gates.
