What You Will Do:

• Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft-based environment while ensuring proper access controls are maintained
• Establish and maintain Active Directory groups to support the organizational security structure
• Assign and remove users from security groups to align with access policies and operational needs
• Provision mailboxes, network directories, and distribution lists to support internal communication and collaboration
• Ensure processes and systems meet compliance standards and support ongoing security best practices
  
  

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate''s degree in information technology or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in information security with a focus on Identity and Access Management
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Active Directory
• Ability to manage user provisioning and access control processes efficiently and accurately
