- Lead and manage large-scale IT facilities and infrastructure projects across corporate and manufacturing environments.
- Oversee structured cabling, network infrastructure, audio visual systems, and related technologies.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide strategic input into project planning, roadmaps, and execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to provide insights to leadership and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT facilities and infrastructure project management.
- Strong experience in low voltage cabling, network infrastructure, and audio visual implementations.
- Experience managing MDF and IDF design and implementation.
- Experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN, and DAS implementations.
- Strong vendor and budget management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Lead and facilitate project planning sessions and team meetings.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Support deployment and adoption of project management tools.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Zoom, WebEx, or Slack.
- Ability to create dashboards and visual reports using various tools.
- Experience in high-paced and dynamic work environments.
