Immediate and Direct-Hire opportunity for an IT Asset Management Specialist to support the full lifecycle management of enterprise IT assets, including hardware, software, and operational technology. This role will be responsible for asset tracking, procurement support, software licensing administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with ITAM processes and standards.
Required Qualifications:
Immediate and Direct-Hire opportunity for an IT Asset Management Specialist to support the full lifecycle management of enterprise IT assets, including hardware, software, and operational technology. This role will be responsible for asset tracking, procurement support, software licensing administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with ITAM processes and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management supporting both hardware and software assets
- Experience managing assets throughout the entire lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Experience using a ticketing system to track and document requests (ServiceNow preferred)
- Experience purchasing and managing software licenses within budget constraints
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with vendors and supporting contract/agreement administration
- Manage and track hardware and software assets across the enterprise
- Support procurement, inventory management, asset deployment, and retirement activities
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to document and manage asset requests
- Assist with software license tracking, renewals, and purchases
- Support vendor relationships and software/hardware agreement administration
- Ensure compliance with ITAM policies and procedures
