We are looking for Iseries Support Engineer for our client in Charlotte NC.

Job Title: Iseries Support Engineer

Job Location: Charlotte NC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • IBM i / iSeries engineering (hands-on).
  • Strong production support & incident management experience (L3/escalation level).
  • Experience supporting payments / transaction processing / settlement systems.
  • IBM MQ (administration, tuning, troubleshooting).
  • MIMIX (replication, failover, role swaps).
  • NDM (Connect:Direct) for cross-platform data transfers.
  • DB2 for i (recovery, restore sequencing).
  • Security & certificates (DCM, access controls).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ACH, Wires, Cards, or Real-Time Payments.
  • Exposure to high-availability / DR environments.
  • Automation / reliability engineering mindset.
